Off by default. If enabled, quiz answers, saved roles, plans and check-ins stay in THIS browser, visible to anyone using it. Optional workplace answers are never saved. Turning this off erases the saved file; this tab stays open.

Plain and honest

How this works

A gentle tool for noticing what fits—not a judge of who you are.

1Two ways to begin

Quick discovery samples exactly 10 original core questions across interests, strengths, drains and practical life, including training and schedule. Deep discovery preserves the original 32 questions. Both invite optional workplace preferences deliberately. Go deeper retains your answers; review, skip or revise any question.

2Learning from experience

Voluntary check-ins capture what you tried, enjoyed, found draining and want to do next. Review, edit or delete them freely. They are not automatically analyzed or scored. An explicit opt-in can use only interests/strengths you manually tag to show an additional exploration shortlist; the baseline top five always stays intact. No workplace-support answer contributes to it.

3It's a reflection, not a test

Suggestions come from what you tell us you enjoy, what comes naturally, and how you'd like your days to feel. This isn't a validated psychological assessment, and it doesn't diagnose, measure health, or decide what you can accomplish.

4How roles are ranked

Each of 31 careers is tagged with the interests and strengths it uses most. Your answers add weight to those tags. Roles are ranked mainly by how many of your interests and strengths they draw on, with a small nudge down for tasks you said you'd rather avoid. The math is simple and the same answers always give the same results.

5Why there are no percentages

A number like “87% match” would suggest certainty that no quiz has. Instead you'll see “Strong fit to explore,” “Worth exploring,” or “Stretch option.”

6Work environment is separate

Your practical preferences—people time, pace, location, schedule—are shown as “Work environment considerations” next to each role. They point out tradeoffs; they don't change the ranking.

7Must-haves only when you say so

Roles are hidden only if you mark training time, schedule, or location as a firm must-have—and you can always show them again.

8The optional support section

Answers about routines, breaks, feedback, and team size are for your own reflection and support planning. They never hide or lower a career. They only add notes about likely settings and questions to ask employers.

9Your privacy

By default, answers, bookmarks, plans and check-ins stay only in React state in this tab and vanish on refresh. Device saving is explicit opt-in, off by default. The saved file is visible to anyone using THIS browser; optional workplace answers are NEVER included. Turning saving off erases the file. Erase saved data also clears the tab. No accounts, analytics, advertising, remote database or answer processing. Copy/print exclude workplace-support details and check-ins unless you explicitly choose a specific reflection. External links send no answer text.

10Facts vary by place

Official career links have a checked date and an exact/related-title caveat. Training and licensing vary by employer and state. A wage is shown only when a matched official source was verified: an occupational median, NOT entry pay or a guarantee. Your local earnings aspiration never changes scores or hides roles. Related occupations do not stand in as an exact-title wage. No unverified forecast is shown.
